Our prices are based on "dead weight", which means that we weigh the animal after it is killed, skinned and gutted.

If you require a specific cut that is not on our processing list, feel free to call us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Pork Prices

Please note that payment is required before collection. We will contact you via email with an invoice once the animal has been processed and finalised.

Pigs up to 50kg: $80 + GST

Pigs between 50 - 80kg: $120 + GST

Pigs over 80kg: $150 + GST

Sausages:​

  • Herb & Garlic: $9.00/kg + GST (minimum 5kg trim)

  • Old English: $9.00/kg + GST (minimum 5kg trim)

  • Pork & Fennel: $9.00/kg + GST (minimum 5kg trim)

  • Spanish Chorizo: $9.00/kg + GST (minimum 5kg trim)
